Fit Group Training
Description
A small group training session designed to focus on your needs through cardio, resistance training, core strength, or a combination of them all. Fit Group is similar to a personal training session in a small group setting. A Fit trainer will help format your session based on your goals. Toning, strength, athletic weight loss, balance, or body building. The time is yours to decide what you want to do to reach your personal goals.
