FIT Studio is a welcoming and dynamic environment for adults with all kinds of training experience. We are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Our programs are customized to each individual and provide unparalleled results. We create personalized programs and daily workouts for each athlete in order to push every individual at their own level.
New clients are strongly encouraged to schedule a private assessment before starting group training.
Class Size & Daily Schedule
We strive to maintain a 7:1 athlete to coach ratio in our gym while also keeping our training policies and scheduling flexible. We work with each client to create a schedule that facilitates the ideal group training experience. We offer several group training options daily and we are available for one-on-one training throughout the day.
- Regularly scheduled group training sessions Monday – Friday and morning sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Can’t make a group session? Try our DIY workouts for $15 per session. One of our experienced coaches will write you a customized workout that you can come complete in the Studio or at home.
