Group Training Sessions, our signature offering, are customized to each individual and provide unparalleled results. We create personalized programs within each daily workout for each athlete in order to push every individual at their own level.

 

New clients are strongly encouraged to schedule a private assessment before starting group training.

 

 

Class Size & Daily Schedule

We strive to maintain a 7:1 athlete to coach ratio in our gym while also keeping our training policies and scheduling flexible. We work with each client to create a schedule that facilitates the ideal group training experience. We offer several group training options daily and we are available for 1-on-1 training throughout the day.

  • New clients are strongly encouraged to schedule an initial meeting time with a Fit coach before joining a group training session

Can’t make a group session?  Try our DIY workouts.*  One of our experienced coaches will write you a customized workout that you can come complete in the Studio or at home.

*We require that you have some in-studio experience before requesting DIYs. This way we’re better able to customize these workouts to fit your needs, goals & abilities.
