Foundations Class Postponed

Come join us for a Back to Basics class on Saturday, December 21st at 9 AM. We welcome any and all athletes, from the new to the most experienced, or anyone who just wants a little extra coaching and time spent on movement mechanics. The class is on us – we hope to see you there!
Also, if you have a friend who’s always wanted to start at Fit but hasn’t had the chance to come in yet, bring them in or send them our way for this class. It is a great starting point to get your feet wet here at Fit!
Youth Athletes Fall/Winter Training Starting!!
Starting TODAY, 11/4, Fit will be adding a 4 PM after-school class on Monday and Wednesday, in addition to our current schedule (4 PM T/Th & 6 PM M/W). As always, check our online schedule for updates and sign up if you want!
As Fall Seasons wrap, up and you are looking to get back to Fit for your training, please feel free to purchase your 10 packs online and see our schedule. We have several after school options on the schedule right now and will be adding even more come November!

FIT partners with Minnesota United FC
We are very excited to have been chosen by MUFC as their strength and conditioning providers! We want to extend a warm Fit welcome to the players as they start to use our facilities during their fall campaign and beyond. For the players: Feel free to drop in at 9 AM, 10 AM, or 12 PM Monday through Friday, 8-9 AM Saturday & Sunday! If you can give us a heads up that you’re headed in, we can be better prepared to get you what you need. Don’t hesitate to contact us!
Fit & Zafer pair up for Skill & Speed Camps
Starting October 15th, Fit will be offering training alongside Zafer for skill, strength & speed development for U9+ soccer players! This 8-week program will offer a split session, with time spend on technical skill with Zafer and on movement mechanics, speed and strength with a Fit Trainer. Sign up is under the Youth Camps tab on our schedule above!
If you’re looking to sign up for our second session with Zafer & Fit that starts January 7th, please contact us & we’ll shoot at registration form your way!

Want to get started at Fit? Check out our online schedule, sign up for a class and come on in. We pride ourselves on scaling and tailoring our workouts to meet your individual fitness needs. Our coaches will take you through all the movements necessary to perform the workout, then help you determine what will be best for you based on safety, experience and current fitness level.
We will encourage all of our new clients to come to our Back to Basics course, offered on one weekend each month. Have a friend who you’ve been telling about Fit? Tell them about this! In this hour-long session, we will review all 9 of our foundational movements. All are welcome for this crash course on these movements!
Our first “Back to Basics” course will be offered at 7 AM on Saturday, November 23. Keep checking back here for more details as we near the date but in the mean time, come in! We’ll take care of you!
