Fit-ters, we’re taking some time off over the Fourth of July holiday! We will be closed Thursday, July 3rd through Sunday, July 6th. Regular summer training schedule will resume Monday, July 7th! If you’re really missing us, do some burpees!

Our summer schedule is just around the corner and this summer, we’re encouraging you to sign in ahead of time online! If you go to Schedule/Class Sign Up, you’ll now be able to see how many Fit-ters you’ll be training with! This will help us to prepare and ensure you get the Fit experience you want!
Next Fit Throw Down: Coming Soon!
We had a fantastic turnout at our last throw down and plan to sweat again after the Fourth of July holiday! Spend your Friday evening with us, working out, eating & socializing with the Fit crew. Main course will be provided by your Fit coaches but plan to bring a “Clean Eating” side dish, dessert or drink to share! Sign up will be at the front desk in the studio!
Anyone is welcome, newbies and old timers, no matter your level of fitness or experience! All ages are also encouraged as we’ll have a youth karate session for the young ones as well as a babysitter on hand for the tiny ones. Depending on the number of participants, we’ll run workouts in heats so you’ll also be able to cheer for your fellow Fit-ters!
Tell your friends and family to come check it out! Adults are $10, kids are $5 and this will go towards the cost of food. Look for a new date after our Fourth of July break!

Want to get started at Fit? We strongly encourage you come in & meet with us before diving into group training. If you’re ready to give us a try, check out our online schedule, sign up for a class and come on in. We pride ourselves on scaling and tailoring our workouts to meet your individual fitness needs. Our coaches will take you through all the movements necessary to perform the workout, then help you determine what will be best for you based on safety, experience and current fitness level.
We will encourage all of our new clients to come to our Back to Basics course, offered on one weekend each month. Have a friend who you’ve been telling about Fit? Tell them about this! In this hour-long session, we will review our foundational movements. All are welcome for this crash course on these movements!
Our next “Back to Basics” course will be offered at 9:15 AM on Saturday in July, date TBD. Keep checking back here for more details as we near the date but in the mean time, come in! We’ll take care of you!
