FIT Studios offers personalized training through private, semi-private, group and team training. The studio is located at 3520 Beltline Boulevard in St Louis Park.
The studio has high speed treadmills, cross trainers and spin bikes that challenge clients throughout their workouts. Functional strength equipment is supplemented with a turf space used for agility, skill and other sport specific training (including a shooting tarp for soccer).
The studio is open seven days a week by appointment or walk-ins are welcome to our challenging group workouts. Click here for the Studio schedule.
Studio Updates
Friday 4pm Class Cancelled on January 13 and 20
We will not be holding Friday 4pm class on January 13 and 20. If you were planning on attending these sessions please see our schedule for another time to attend. Class will resume the following Friday at 4pm January 27.
Max going to Israel for 3 weeks!
For those of you who have been doing some training with Max please be aware that he will be going to Israel for 3 weeks in January, leaving this January 5th and returning January 22nd. Don’t worry, all his training sessions will be covered by our Fit staff of Trainers, so you don’t have to miss any of your workouts!
Fit Studio open during construction for new Shower
As we add some new features, such as a new shower and expanded front desk, as well as some new mirrors, we will remain open during construction!!!
We will be without a shower until Friday of this week for those of you who need to shower please make alternate plans!
