FIT Training
Welcome to Fit Studios! Our training, both small group and one-on-one, is centered around our belief that adaptation and improvement lie just outside of what is comfortable. All you need to achieve the individual results you want is guidance, a little knowhow – and possibly a push!! – from us.
Updated Info on FIT Open
We are excited to be making our final plans and preparations for this summer’s new workout adventure, but we need your help to sharpen the details! This summer, we have 4 Fridays for the FIT Open:
June 28th
July 12th
July 26th
August 9th
In order to sign-up, please come to the studio and register on the FIT Open sign-up sheet which will be located on the desk right when you walk in our door. You will be working with one partner throughout the FIT open events and you will accumulate points based on finishing times of workouts as well as opportunities for extra bonus points! Write YOUR name and also the name of YOUR PARTNER of choice for these workouts on the sheet. Also on that sheet will be a box where you can write the DATE that works best for you and your partner to attend our delicious Paleo potluck (either June 28th, July 12th or 26th, or August 9th)!
Due to our unpredictable Midwest summer weather, we will know where the location of each FIT open will be closer to the date of the event and will let you know as soon as we can!
We are looking forward to this new page in our FIT family history book and are excited to get out and enjoy working out in the beautiful Twin Cities!!
June 13th Afternoon workouts will be OUTSIDE
Our studio is about to become more famous because FedEx has decided to do a photo shoot here at FIT! Not only will they be using our location, but Caitlin will be showing off her training skills as they have asked her to be in the photo shoot!! Im sure she will be able to sign autographs afterwards

Also this day there will be NO OPEN GYM from 1-4pm.
If the weather is poor, we will contact you with plans for the workout.

“On Ramp” training series
This class will bring us back to the basics of our foundational movements and stress mechanics. We will cover nutrition and training philosphy as well. This is highly recomended for new clients and/or clients who feel like they need a review of our basic movements. Check the Schedule/Sign-up tab above for specific on-ramping times.
New to Fit?
FIT community: If it is your first time training with us OR you’re planning on bringing a friend or family member for the first time, PLEASE contact either Aaron or Caitlin beforehand. Stay tuned for more information about periodic introductory sessions, optimum for the first-time FITters.
